Kame T-Shirt
Design
I wanted to try the Kame (turtle) Shibori pattern, which inspired the rest of the design of this shirt in color blocking and using raglan sleeves
Patternmaking
Decided to do some raglan sleeves for this t-shirt which overall worked really great. Especially in the mock up. Only mishap is two fronts were printed and no backs were printed on the final pattern which I didn’t noticed until after construction, which is why the back neck sags a bit, unfortunately.
Fabrication
First dyed white jersey knit orange, then dyed the sleeves brown, and brown dyed the front and back using Kame Shibori
